We had the most amazing holiday, it was the best place ever the hotel was Akumal Beach and Spa in Mexico not picked by us but my Sarah, as my husband originally picked another hotel and the reviews wasn’t very good. From the minute Sarah booked the holiday we had nothing to do, she put all the API details in, booked us in on the plane the day before to even sending us the boarding passes and filling in the immigration forms, which we was very pleased with, as on the plane they didnt have enough. Once we arrived at the hotel we had a lovely letter that if we had any issues to give Sarah or Lee a call or email and that they hoped we had a lovely holiday. We was so impressed with the service we had received from Sarah and the choice of hotel she picked, whilst in our first week we asked Sarah to book for next year. Sarah went out of her way to email the hotel to see what they could do for us they gave myself and my husband a free massage. If we had booked with any other travel company we would have never received this A class service

Just returned from a holiday in Rome and Sorrento which involved lots of transfers from airports, hotels, train stations etc. Sarah organised everything down to the nth degree, even down to prosecco in our room. It made it all so straightforward and took away our worry. The only thing she couldn't organise unfortunately was the weather! Thank you Sarah and we will certainly be back to you in the future x

Sarah booked our first holiday as a family. Took all my requirements on board and suggested a few options. From the word go Sarah was extremely helpful, competitive in price and very knowledgeable. We booked our villa holiday to Majorca and it was amazing! We all had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and completely stress free. We had an issue with our flights with regards to seating arrangements due to the airline and Sarah sorted that out straight away. No issues. Anyone who is booking a holiday I would seriously consider booking through Sarah. As I know I will he doing for any future holidays abroad. Thanks again for all your amazing work. We have just returned from our amazing honeymoon to Cape town, Kariega safari, Johannasberg and Mauritius, which we booked through Sarah. I have utilised Sarah and Lee's Royale Destinations service previously and once again, they came up trumps for us.
This time, a motorcycle trip to southern Ireland then, a few days later, my partner and I journeyed to Scotland and the Hebridean islands.
These two trips involved 4 ferry crossings, 7 B & B/Hotel stays, 2 UK flights and 6 days car hire. A lot of organisational work.
I just gave them my proposed itinerary and they dealt with virtually everything meaning I didn't have to lift a finger!
A superb hassle free service for busy rushed off their feet people.

This was the first time we had used the services of Not Just Travel and they did not let us down. Sarah Garrett handled every aspect of our holiday excellently from start to finish with an extra personal touch. It was good not to worry about anything.
Sarah even recommended a particular 5* hotel in Cuba away from the madding crowd and pre booked the speciality restaurants for us ( she advised they are filled very quickly ).

Being regular travellers to Dubai we approached Sarah and asked her to suggest another luxurious destination which would be within our budget and most importantly child friendly. Sarah suggested Riveria Maya, Mexico, all inclusive with a hotel that brings out the real Mayan Culture. To our surprise, Sarah had arranged direct flights with one of the best airlines and the resort was 5 star, all inclusive and was within the price range we expected. She was very efficient with sending over information and her knowledge of the travel polices was second to none. Not only did Sarah save us a lot of time but she kept our minds at peace knowing that's it's all in hand. After reviewing the resort online, our girls are really excited and have a countdown on the amount of sleeps until we're in Mexico! Thank you again Sarah and we will defiantly come back to you again x
